Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated 3 km away from the charming, small, medieval town of Montecarlo, in Lucca surroundings. This villa was completely restored in 2010 and turned into a welcoming country house providing all comforts. The interiors are nicely and tastefully furnished. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large, beautiful furnished garden and of a private pool. The location allows easy access to most of the art cities of the region such as Lucca, Florence Pisa as well as to the Tuscan coastline (Versilia) with nice beaches, night-life and excellent restaurants. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
