With its ideal location (only 3km from the city centre of Lucca), it is the perfect base to visit and enjoy this corner of Tuscany.

The house consists of: on the ground floor, living room with kitchenette with induction hob (2 burners), small fridge with freezer, toaster, American – style coffee machine, dining table, French sized sofa-bed (1,40m), air conditioning, exit to the garden, which is equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, parasol and round, 4-seated whirlpool. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom (Queen size), 1 bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and bidet. The house has been furnished with great care in modern style, with white wooden beamed ceilings, air conditioning in every room. Private car park within the property, with access through an automatic gate and with the possibility of recharging electric cars (payment on consumption). The annexe is located within a property with a house inhabited all year round by the owners, who will be happy to welcome guests, respecting their privacy.
