Il Casale - the former home of the farmer - was renovated in 2009 with every comfort. The country house is situated in the Tuscan hills and has 5 apartments. Surrounded by cypress trees, vineyards and olive trees, from here the guests can take relaxing walks in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The apartments have rustic furnishings and offer every comfort to enjoy a pleasant stay surrounded by nature.

Access along 300 m of unpaved road in good condition. 11 km from the center of Montecatini Terme, 40 km from the center of Lucca, 41 km from the center of Firenze, 60 km from the sea.

For shared use: garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 140 cm deep, open from 01/06 to 30/09), outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking near the house. Shops at 8 km, supermarket at 4 km, railway station "Serravalle Pistoiese" at 800 m, sandy beach "Viareggio" at 60 km. Golf course (18 holes) at 15 km. Pets are not allowed.

1st floor: access via a common staircase with the apartment Alba: large living room with satellite TV, double sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine), 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.

2nd floor: access via a wooden staircase from the living room. 2 bedrooms with twin beds, bathroom with bathtub. Private equipped outdoor space with barbecue.
