Independent stone cottage with spacious garden (800 sqm), completely fenced, private swimming pool (half set in earth, 7.30m x 3.70m, depth: 1.30m) and whirlpool (1.58 x 1.58m); garden equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, gazebo with couch and upholstered chairs.

The house offers privacy, quietness, wonderful sights onto the surrounding hills and the possibility to enjoy outdoor life to the top. Perfect for guests travelling with pets, they are welcome! Access to the house within a small street which can be driven on by small or medium sized cars. There is a parking, at 100m from the holiday home in alternative.

Activities:

Guests may reach on foot the characteristic hamlet of Celle di Puccini which is located on a hill (370m a. sea level) and where the famous opera writer, Giacomo Puccini, passed many years of his childhood. The museum can still be visited. There is a good restaurant in the village, which lies about 100m from your holiday home. Discover the art cities of Lucca (23 km), Pisa or Florence or just spend a day on the sandy beaches of the Versilia (about 40 km). There is a grocery at 4km from the house.

Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor: spacious living-cum-dining room with dining table, 1 double bed settee, SAT-TV, radio, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small fridge with freezer compartment, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin. Cosy country style furnishings with beamed ceilings and visible stone-walls. The house disposes of air conditioning and unlimited WIFI. A utility room with washing machine on the ground floor, another room which remains closed. Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.
