It is in a quiet and exclusive location in the city centre of Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI), only 20 m away from the beach (direct access). On the ground floor of the building are shops, restaurants and a bar.

Parking available on the street or in a fenced plot a few meters away. The wide sandy beach in front of the building provides several services and guests can also use the pool and other facilities offered by a nearby hotel (for a surcharge).

Furthermore, guests have access to a private beach to the north of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, which is a completely enclosed botanical garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation.
