Holiday House: Villa Sassetta, 8 People

The villa is located 800 m away from the centre of the village of Sassetta and 12 km from the sea in Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI), where guests have access to a private beach which is a completely enclosed botanical garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation.

It is located 500 m above sea level in a secular woodwith shared swimming pool with Villa La Quercia and has about 500 sqm of private garden with barbecue and three parking spaces illuminated during the night.

This well maintained detached house has two spacious terraces on the ground floor and two balconies with panoramic views of the countryside and of the swimming pool, on the first floor.

The main entrance of the house leads from the front terrace (100 sqm) near the swimming pool to the large living room with fireplace, two comfortable single sofabeds and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. From here you can reach the back terrace (30 sqm) and an elegant wrought-iron gazebo equipped with a marble table and comfortable chairs ideal for al fresco dining and relax. On the ground floor are also a cloakroom and a toilet with washing machine.

From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two further single sofabeds and three double bedrooms, all with an additional sleeping facility (single bed / sofabed) and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The house is well furnished and equipped with outside shower, independent heating, internet wifi and sat TV; high chair and cot available on request.

Max. occupancy: 8 pers. + 3 extra against payment (70€ per person / week).
