Property for exclusive use This ancient, yet entirely renovated villa in Montecatini, set in the green hills between Florence and Pistoia is ideal for a pleasant, relaxing holiday in Tuscany. The property consists of a main house and two annexes (for a surface total of 410 m²) located about 20 m away. The restoration work that the house underwent, has skilfully preserved its ancient stone structure combining it with the installation of modern systems, therefore offering its guests a comfortable holiday. The Tuscany villa is ideal for groups of friends that want to spend a relaxing holiday together, yet at the same time easily take day-trips throughout Tuscany. In fact, Pistoia, Florence and Lucca are all just a few kilometres away. Just a bit further away are Siena, San Gimignano as well as the beaches of the Versilia with the famous seaside resort town, Forte dei Marmi. The villa is surrounded by large outdoor areas and a blooming garden with garden-furniture, a barbecue area and a swimming pool (17x6 m, 1.6 m deep) (01/06-30/09). In the nearby woods you will find various paths for going on pleasant walks. Satellite TV and fridge or mini-bar in the rooms, 4 safes, hairdryer in all the bathrooms. Included in the price: wireless connection, holiday tax, a small supply of basic food necessities. To be requested when booking and to be paid for on location: breakfast, dinner service, possibility of adding up to 2 additional beds (not included in the price). Central heating in the floors and air conditioning. Parking inside the property. PLEASE NOTE: pets allowed on request and upon payment of 50 Euro/day. Arrivals must take place between 4:00 and 7:00 pm.
