This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center. The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany. At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi). The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.
