Outdoors and swimming pool The farmhouse is surrounded by large paved and shaded spaces, divided into terraces with various relaxation areas, all well furnished. A beautiful panoramic and very well-kept garden, characterized by hedges, olive trees, plants and flowers, extends on the side of the house overlooking the inground infinity pool, rectangular in shape measuring 12x5 with a depth of 2.90 metres. Around the swimming pool is the solarium area with sun loungers, umbrellas, shower, a welcoming pergola equipped as a sitting area and an external hydromassage tub (for 6 people). Finally, guests have at their disposal between the kitchen and the swimming pool a panoramic terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, and with a nice portable barbecue. Interior The accommodation (approximately 250 m²), furnished with great taste and care, is spread over 2 floors. The entrance on the first floor leads to the living room with satellite TV and fireplace, dining area and kitchenette (4 gas burners, fridge with freezer), a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (hairdryer, courtesy set) with direct access to the garden. Going down an internal staircase we go down to the ground floor where we find a large living room with satellite TV, fireplace, a beautiful panoramic and very well equipped kitchen (hob with 4 induction burners, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher), with dining area and direct access to the outdoor dining area and the swimming pool. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. External room with washing machine. Position Villa Spicchio is located in a very panoramic position between Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti and enjoys total privacy among the hills of the Chianti countryside characterized by olive groves, vineyards and beautiful woods for walks in contact with nature, but not far from shops of all kinds. Equipment The farmhouse is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning, central heating, baby bed, high chair, hairdryer, courtesy set in the bathrooms, parking on the property. Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen and pool towels (changed weekly), the consumption of electricity, water, gas for cooking, internet connection, heating, air conditioning, baby bed and high chair. Radda and Gaiole in Chianti are nearby and can be reached by crossing the "Chiantigiana road" from which you can admire unforgettable views. For photography lovers, October is the most fascinating month, when the vineyards are colored yellow and ocher. In a short time, it is also possible to reach many other renowned locations in Tuscany, such as Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano.
