The property's geographical position allows easy access to the main Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, as well as the opportunity to fully enjoy Tuscany, from exploring wine roads to touring cultural and artistic sites and savoring good Tuscan cuisine in the many traditional villages of the area. The central location of this property provides an exclusive opportunity to visit and closely interact with the Chianti area and its medieval towns of Castellina, Radda, Greve, and Gaiole. The villa is characterised by its large internal areas typical of noble villas of the past. Adjacent to the living room on the ground floor, there is an elegant terrace adorned with lemon trees (in summer only) where a beautiful gazebo, equipped with portable barbecue and perfect for outdoor dining, is located. To the side of the holiday home, amidst the romantic grove of cedars and holm-oak, guests can enjoy relaxation. In a secluded area at the back of the house, nestled among cypress and olive trees, is the private swimming pool (10x5 depth 1,20-1,40)(01/05-30/10 open from 09.00am to 09.00pm) with an external shower. Air conditioning available in all the bedrooms and in the 1st floor living room. Included in the pricre: wi-fi internet connection, baby bed. Services upon request: cook and cooking classes, to be requested at the moment of reservation. The last stretch of the access road is a dirt track. Parking within the property. PLEASE NOTE: On the second floor, with separate access, is the apartment of the caretaker who, with absolute discretion, will always be available for any needs. No television in the villa.
