The property is part of a large and renowned farming estate producing an excellent Brunello wine. Access via dirt road (1km).

At guests’ disposal:

large garden (3 hectares) with charming panoramic terrace and swimming-pool (5 x 14 m – maximum depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold water), dressing room with bathroom with shower (warm water), ancient bread oven, laundry (free use). All of the apartments provide alarm system.
