Property for exclusive use Splendid historic villa of 700 m², capable of accommodating 10 people in 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 5 bathrooms. The villa has a large garden, a beautiful swimming pool for exclusive use, a loggia equipped for outdoor dining, wi-fi internet connection, satellite TV, and parking. Outdoors and swimming pool Once through the electric gate, you reach the entrance square with a large space serving as a parking lot for several cars. The facade of the villa faces a hill, towards which leads a path lined with rose gardens, elegant cypresses and other trees. Large manicured and well-tended green lawns extend on the sides of the tree-lined path (the green area is larger than 10,000 m²). Within the lawn there is a beautiful and ancient stone basin, containing water for the garden maintainance. Further on, at the foot of the hill, there is the salt-purified swimming pool, in a setting of total peace and privacy. The swimming pool which measures 12x6 with a depth of 1.25 to 1.50 metres, is surrounded by deckchairs and umbrellas, a changing cabin and a shower with a solar hot water system. In the direction of the valley, another spacious garden extends in front of a different facade of the villa. From this side of the house, on the ground floor, guests can access the kitchen, which allows to easily setup drinks and meals outdoors on beautiful sunny days and cool summer evenings, by use of a large outdoor area equipped with wooden table, chairs and umbrella. Terracotta pots with flowers and plants adorn the entire space surrounding the villa, where in a separate room (80 m² old oil mill) there is a small gym (treadmill, weights, mats, elastic bands, table tennis) and the Home Theater cinema room with large TV, 2 sofas and 1 service bathroom. Finally, there are two other buildings in the vast property: the first belongs to a relative who very rarely goes there (he does not use either the garden or the swimming pool, which are at the exclusive use of the guests) and the second, closer to the villa, is used as a storage room for lemons and as a wine cellar.
Interior The villa dates back to the 18th century and is wonderfully furnished under the sign of comfort and well-being. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor we find an entrance hall, the living room, a second living room with satellite TV, the dining room, a large, very well-equipped kitchen with fireplace leading to the garden, and the laundry room (washing machine). The ground floor is completed by 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of 2 living rooms, one with fireplace, stereo and satellite TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with tub, 2 double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with tub. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Location The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany just 5 km from Lucca and 15 km from Pisa (ca. 20 minutes from Pisa airport) in a context of total tranquility. While the villa is sun-exposed from sunrise to sunset, it is still well ventilated, allowing to fully enjoy the outdoors even in the summer hot hours. Facilities Villa De Ranieri is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, baby bed, high chair, table tennis, table football, parking on the property. Services The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), water and gas consumption (but not heating), internet connection. Upon request, possibility of domestic help, babysitter, chef, grocery shopping service, dinners, laundry and ironing service, in-home masseuse, yoga courses and cooking courses. Important information The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Only small pets are allowed. Activities and Distances The villa is located in a very quiet position just 5 km from Lucca, where it is possible to visit the beautiful historic center as well as walking along its Renaissance walls. To spend a day at the seaside, you can reach the beaches of Versilia in less than an hour. Pizzeria 800 m, “Nonno Mariano” restaurant 900 m, San Lorenzo a Vaccoli 2 km (all kinds of shops), golf driving range 2,5 km, Viareggio 25 km, Forte dei Marmi and Montecatini Terme 32 km.
