Eigentum zur ausschließlichen Nutzung Casale Bacio is a stone country house on two storeys that can host 12 people in its 6 bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom, suitable for large families or group of friends. The house finely refurbished with beam ceilings and cotto floors, has internet connection and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside it features a beautiful portico equipped for outdoor as well as the overflowing swimming pool from which there are magnificent views. External Area and Swimming Pool Outside guests can use the infinity-edge swimming pool with a breathtaking view measuring 10x5 and 1.5 meters deep, surrounded by a beautiful terracotta floor with sunbeds, deck chairs and outdoor shower. This house is featured also by a spacious, covered portico furnished for open-air meals reached from the kitchen and, on the side of the house which faces the swimming pool, by a large shaded pergola with a table, chairs and barbeque.
Interior The ground floor is composed of a large living area with two luminous rooms with mini stereo, satellite TV, sofas and a beautiful stone fireplace, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen from where to reach the covered furnished portico and the garden, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower, WC. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and drier. The first floor hosts 4 bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. Location Casale Bacio is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra. Facilities The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room, a pool that upon request can be warmed, central heating and car park on the property. All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and air conditioning. Services Included in the price is all the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), the Internet connection, baby high chair and bed. If requested and to be paid for on location, you can taste local wines directly at the villas, visit the cellars/oil mill, have a chef for breakfast/lunch/dinner, cookery courses, special dinners at the villa organized by professional chefs, babysitter and entertainment, excursions and hiking, bike rentals, underwater diving, car and minibus rentals, pool towels and pool fence rentals, extra bedroom and bathroom linen change, heating of the pool. Important Information Check in has to be between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Check out by 9.30am. The water is not drinkable. Swimming pool open from 16/05 to 02/10 from 9.00am to 9.30pm. Internet connection is available only in the living room. The house is located 300m from the provincial road. Trash disposal is to be taken care of by the guests, who need to take it away after their stay. In case of negligence, guests can be subjected to a fee of Euro 150. Charging of electric cars is not permitted on the property. Access to the house via 450 m of dirt road not suitable for low and sports cars.
Activities and Attractions Many are the excursions and activities you can do: hiking, days at the seaside, visit the Etruscan city of Volterra or the splendid gulf of Baratti dominated by Populonia, ancient Etruscan centre. 4 km Guardistallo (all kinds of shops), 15 km Marina di Cecina (tennis courts and beaches), Riparbella (horse riding) and Bolgheri, 27 km Volterra, 85 km Siena.
