Eigentum zur ausschließlichen Nutzung Casale I Gotti is a stone house carefully renovated that counts two buildings: the main house for 10 guests with 5 double bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms and an annex for 2 people with 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom. The ground floor is characterized by a unique room with arches and vaulted ceilings with an open fireplace that give the house a warm and familiar atmosphere. Ensuring you a perfect stay are air-conditioned bedrooms, wi-fi connection, the perfectly equipped kitchen as well as the portico with barbecue next to the pool. External Area and Swimming Pool The outdoor spaces include a large, well-tended natural lawn which is also the setting for the swimming pool measuring 10x5 and 1.5 metres deep, equipped with sunbeds, loungers and outdoor shower. Guests have also at their disposal a portico, with barbecue and table for open-air meals and a parking area on the grounds.
Interior The house is on two floors: the ground floor consists of a spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, mini stereo and satellite TV, which forms together with the open kitchen and the dining room a unique space which is divided by an open fireplace. The main living area gives access to the shaded portico. A TV room with a tiled stove completes the ground floor. On the first floor there are 4 spacious double bedroom and 1 twin bedded room, each one with en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex (next to the main house) hosts another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Location Casale i Gotti is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra. Facilities The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room of the main house, a pool that upon request can be warmed, central heating and car park on the property. All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and AC. Services Included in the price is all the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), the Internet connection, baby high chair and bed. If requested and to be paid for on location, you can taste local wines directly at the villas, visit the cellars/oil mill, have a chef for breakfast/lunch/dinner, cookery courses, special dinners at the villa organized by professional chefs, babysitter and entertainment, excursions and hiking, pool fence, bike rentals, underwater diving, car and minibus rentals, pool towels rentals, extra bedroom and bathroom linen change, heating of the pool. Important Information Check in has to be between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Check out by 9.30am. The water is not drinkable. Swimming pool open from 16/05 to 02/10 from 9.00am to 9.30pm. Internet connection is available only in the living room of the main house. Charging of electric cars is not permitted on the property. Access to the house via 900 m of dirt road not suitable for low and sports cars.
Activities and Attractions Many are the excursions and activities you can do: hiking, days at the seaside, visit the Etruscan city of Volterra or the splendid gulf of Baratti dominated by Populonia, ancient Etruscan centre. 4 km Guardistallo (all kinds of shops), 15 km Marina di Cecina (tennis courts and beaches), Riparbella (horse riding) and Bolgheri, 27 km Volterra, 85 km Siena.
